  • Animal Biotechnology, Clinical Biochemistry, Diagnostic Development

Dr. Mamta Pandey is a veterinary biotechnologist and biochemist. She has earned her doctoral degree in 2016 from GADVASU, Ludhiana and master’s degree in 2012 from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. With a strong background in biomedical sciences, she has been actively contributing to translational research and laboratory animal sciences, with a focus on developing innovative diagnostic and research tools for infectious diseases.

Her research primarily revolves around infectious disease biology, immunology, and diagnostics. She has established GLP compliant veterinary biochemistry laboratory in the institute were biochemical testing of drugs, biological fluids, leachates and extractables from biomedical devices is done. Her work supports a wide spectrum of studies, from vaccine development, drug discovery to immunological investigations. Dr. Pandey has authored research articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been actively involved in capacity-building initiatives, workshops, and collaborative projects at both national and international levels.
